Downsizing after the kids are gone isn't an easy process, but Heather Tinglov paved a smooth path from the sale of our family home, all the way to closing on our new construction townhome. First, she gave expert advice on pricing, prepping, and staging our house for sale, and offered her "preferred vendors" who took great care of us to get the work done efficiently and cost-effectively. We recognized right away that Heather Tinglov was an exceptional real estate agent while working with her during our relocation from Atlanta, GA to McKinney, TX. She always was quick to respond to our many questions and concerns via email and phone. She dedicated an entire Saturday and Sunday to drive us to a multitude of listings that interested us from MLS and Zillow. She then quickly focused in on our needs to filter out some of the listings that were not up to par. Furthermore, she arranged the showings to optimize the little amount of time we had together which was due to flying in for one weekend as a result of our short relocation timeline. While on the home tours she was able to call out any necessary improvements to help our purchasing decision.
